3-4 slices of whole wheat bread
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 teaspoons paprika
2-3 pinches of salt
2-3 pinches of black pepper.
Pre-heat your oven to 350°
Place your bread in a food processor and process until fine crumbs are achieved. Lay crumbs out on a foil lined cookie sheet and cook on the top rack of your oven for about 10 minutes so they are crunchy but not burnt. Allow crumbs to cool and toss crumbs in a bowl with the other dry ingredients. (Breadcrumbs can be stored in an air-tight container for 2-3 weeks).
