This is one of my favorite recipes and also one of my easiest. It's perfect for parties or just a cold Sunday. (I just made last night for Super Bowl) and served with a garlic crostini.
It was awesome and I also had it for lunch today and it was even better.
This is a dish that I have made a hundred times and even featured on my old website. This is an easy recipe to "lighten up" and make a little healthier as well as crank the heat up on. I will show the original recipe (that I lifter from Rachel Ray and throw in my changes.
